How Vision 2045 will help LA County water

Annelisa Moe, associate director of Science & Policy (Water Quality) for Heal the Bay, discusses Vision 2045, a document that identifies metrics for reaching water supply, water quality and environmental justice goals through the Safe, Clean Water Program in LA County. Heal the Bay worked with the NRDC and the LA Waterkeeper to develop the document.
