Stanley Miller is professor emeritus, Department of Civil Engineering, University of Idaho, currently working part-time as an independent engineering consultant. He has over 35 years experience in geotechnical engineering, slope stabilization, geosynthetic-reinforced earth structures, and erosion and sediment control.
