Stephen Elkind is a third-year student at the New York University School of Law, and Benjamin Cady is a 2012 graduate of the New York University School of Law. Both are former students in the law school’s Administrative & Regulatory State Clinic, which is sponsored by the Institute for Policy Integrity, a non-profit think tank that works to improve the quality of government decision-making through advocacy in the fields of administrative law, economics, and public policy.
