They may be used as subsurface retention or detention systems, as replacements for ponds, concrete structures or pipe and stone installations or as replacements for conventional septic leach field lines. The perforated sidewalls and full open bottom promote maximum infiltration capability and allow for the transfer of high volumes at low velocity.
