Dimitrios Zekkos, professor at the University of California at Berkeley, recently published, along with Timothy Stark, a report called “Highway 1 Rat Creek Embankment Failure” for ASCE about the embankment failure in Northern California. In this video, Zekkos dives into this new publication along with general embankment information and control efforts.
