Morris, IL - November 20, 2009 - Oldcastle Precast, Inc., of Auburn, Washington, and StormTrap, LLC of Morris, IL have entered into an agreement under confidential terms disposing of a patent litigation regarding an underground storm water detention/retention system in New Jersey. In this agreement, Oldcastle recognized and agrees to honor and respect StormTrap's patent rights.
