Singer appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Contech
(WEST CHESTER, OH) August 18 – CONTECH Construction
Products Inc. announced today that Thomas D. Singer has joined CONTECH as Vice President, General Counsel and
Secretary.

are very excited to welcome this successful and seasoned professional to our
executive team,” said Michael Rafi, CONTECH’s Chief Administrative &
Development Officer. “Tom
has a proven understanding of the legal and business issues facing large,
public, international manufacturing organizations.”
Singer
will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters and corporate governance
affairs for CONTECH. Previously, Singer spent over 22 years at JLG Industries,
Inc., where he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the
corporation. He played a key role in the executive team of the
company
with over $2 billion in sales and which experienced rapid growth both
organically and through a series of strategic acquisitions.

received a Bachelor
of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Grove City College and his Juris Doctor Degree from
Temple University School of Law.
