Chris French has over 22 years of diverse experience in natural resource & stormwater management, having worked for government agencies, non-profit organizations, and the private sector. Mr. French’s experience ranges from numerous years of field work, developing watershed restoration plans, participating in regulatory compliance and enforcement activities, guiding community engagement efforts, and developing policy and regulatory strategies at the local, state, national, and international levels. Chris is a specialist in Low Impact Development (LID) & Green Infrastructure, stormwater regulations, TMDLs, and water quality standards and monitoring. Mr. French holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and Biology from South Dakota State University.

Mr. Frasco has focused his 20-year career on providing his community with water solutions, which has led to a fruitful career spanning 25 countries, while embracing environmental responsibility and financial feasibility. Mr. Frasco’s projects have won recognition from NAVFAC, US EPA, Qatar Ministry of the Environment, and Presidential office of Ghana. Michael’s approach is holistic in nature, looking at the full scope of a project, the client’s challenges and goals; to ultimately tailor solutions that definitively match objectives.
